PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) Construction License

ArchitectureSite plan, floor plans (denah), elevations (tampak), sections (potongan), and architectural details.
Structure: Foundation plans, column/beam details, and structural calculations (especially if the building is >2 floors).
MEP & Utilities: Electrical wiring plans, plumbing (clean/waste water), and drainage systems.
Fire Safety: For businesses, you must show fire extinguisher placement, hydrants, and emergency exit routes.
Soil Test: For buildings with 3 floors or more, a Sondir/Soil Test report is mandatory.

SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) Operational permit

Lega: lNIB (Business ID Number), Land Ownership (SHM/HGB) or a Lease Agreement.
Technical: Architectural drawings, Structural calculations, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans.
Environmental: SPPL, UKL-UPL, or AMDAL (depending on the size and impact of your business).
Certifications: Fire safety certificate, Lift/Elevator certification (if applicable), and Lightning protection.
