Modular system

Modular design is a concept that breaks down each area and room of a house into distinct components known as modules. These modules can be created, modified, replaced or exchanged with others, allowing for seamless integration into a cohesive overall design.

Design

The architect creates the building's structure and individual pods based on the owners' requirements, then finds the best way to connect them. Alternatively, an architect might develop an overall plan and later decide which parts should be divided into modular and their sizes.

Modular integration

Prefabricated construction flips traditional construction on its head, delivering preassembled components, either “flat” sections (paneled prefabbed construction) or complete “modules” (prefabbed modular construction), to the jobsite to be assembled there. Prefabricated construction cuts costs and mitigates labor shortages by having the majority of its built structures produced offsite by third-party manufacturers.

Prefab Production

Our expert craftsmen prefabricate the 2D panels, guaranteeing that each component of your space is subjected to quality control before being completed and prepared for installation in a 3D format ready for transportation.

Installation

With the site prepared, the prefabricated components are then assembled and installed. This process typically involves cranes or other heavy machinery to lift and position the modules into place. Skilled workers carefully connect the components, ensuring structural integrity and weatherproofing.
