The primary focus is a comprehensive waterproofing overhaul to resolve existing leakages. This includes a full restoration of the roof and ceiling structures, followed by a remediation of the interior walls previously damaged by water ingress. By securing the building envelope, we ensure a dry, safe, and durable environment.
