02.Dormitory Restoration
Conversion of a high-occupancy dormitory into an expansive, luxury private villa. This project focuses on de-densifying the space to prioritize privacy, comfort, and high-end aesthetics with an outdoor private area. Integration of custom furniture and high-quality finishes that reflect a refined, villa-style lifestyle. Ensuite Development: Re-engineering the existing communal bathroom into two private, ensuring exclusivity for each guest room.
03.Road Access
We are transforming the arrival experience by breaking down barriers. A new 3-meter wide entrance serves as a focal point, drawing guests naturally from the outdoor areas into the heart of the restaurant. This structural renovation isn't just about access—it’s about breathability. We allow the Ubud breeze to flow through the property, creating an inviting, airy environment that encourages guests to stay longer, dine comfortably, and fully immerse themselves in a modern Balinese Lifestyle
04.Gym
Extension of 35 sqm of the actual 1nd floor living area to make a full building with exclusive gym. Ground floor probably with the heights machinery inside the gym, 1st floor with the room for activities as yoga, pilates, spining... and reception. In the ground floor also will be adapted the actual bathroom to a changing room for also shower.
05.Restaurant
By introducing a dedicated restaurant, we are filling a vital service gap for a 3-star hotel and creating a new high-margin revenue stream for the property. Housed under a traditionally crafted timber gazebo, the restaurant celebrates Balinese heritage. From morning bufete breakfast, Day & Night Dining: Full lunch and dinner service open to both hotel guests and visitors. Starlit Ambience: An open-air concept designed specifically to capture the magic of Ubud’s night sky.
06.Wellness
We are adding a "little slice of paradise" to our facilities. This new wellness zone is designed for guests who prioritize longevity and health. By combining the therapeutic heat of a traditional sauna with the invigorating chill of an ice bath, we offer a unique recovery ritual that sets our property apart. It’s the perfect sanctuary for gym-goers to cool down and hotel guests to find their zen. A "mini-paradise" aesthetic that blends tropical greenery with minimalist design
07.Jewelry Shop
The primary focus is a comprehensive waterproofing overhaul to resolve existing leakages. This includes a full restoration of the roof and ceiling structures, followed by a remediation of the interior walls previously damaged by water ingress. By securing the building envelope, we ensure a dry, safe, and durable environment. Once the structure is secured, we will execute a complete interior redesign. This involves modernizing the aesthetic through custom-designed display furniture and lighting
